Privacy policy

The controller is SmgTev, established in UA. For privacy questions or requests, email [tevezmc32@gmail.com](mailto:tevezmc32@gmail.com).

The website consists of static files hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., using Cloudflare Workers with static assets. It has no application server or database. For each request, Cloudflare processes:

• IP address.
• Date and time of the request.
• Requested URL.
• Browser user agent.
• Referrer URL, if sent by your browser.
• Country derived from the IP address.

This processing delivers the website, protects against attacks and abuse through DDoS protection and security checks, and routes start-page visitors to their country’s language version. Delivery and security rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(f): the legitimate interests in making the website available and protecting it.

The website’s Worker does not write request logs; Workers Logs are not enabled. Cloudflare processes request data as hosting provider under its own terms. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The website’s own scripts set no cookies and write nothing to browser storage. Cloudflare may set the following strictly necessary security cookies when the relevant security features are used:

No analytics, tracking or advertising tools are used. Pages load no third-party resources and contain no embedded content. Links to external websites, such as regulators, help services and sources, transfer data to those websites only when you click a link.

Contact is through a mailto link to tevezmc32@gmail.com; there is no contact form. Email is handled through Google LLC’s Gmail service. See Google’s privacy policy.

Email correspondence is processed to answer your request and handle follow-up. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) where correspondence concerns a contract or steps requested before entering one; otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) applies to the legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

The controller is established in UA, outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare hosting and Google email services may also involve processing outside the EEA.

Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses where a transfer requires them. See Cloudflare’s GDPR information.

Google LLC has certified adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (incl. Swiss-U.S. DPF and UK Extension). See Google’s data transfer frameworks.

The website itself stores no personal data. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up; the publisher has not set a fixed deletion period. Cloudflare’s handling of request data is governed by its own terms.

Where the GDPR applies, Articles 15–21 provide rights, subject to their legal conditions, to access, rectify or erase personal data, restrict processing, obtain data portability and object to processing.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
